Exit polls also suggest that Congress will continue its poor performance in the Delhi Assembly elections.

Exit Poll Predictions for Delhi Assembly Elections

Exit polls have projected varying margins for BJP’s victory, with one survey indicating that the party could secure 51-60 out of 70 assembly seats. However, two exit polls have predicted an AAP victory. The predictions were released following the conclusion of voting in Delhi on Wednesday.

According to the P-MARQ exit poll, BJP is likely to win 39-49 seats, while AAP may secure 21-31 seats, and Congress could end up with 0-1 seat.

The Matrize exit poll forecasted a close contest, predicting BJP’s win on 35-40 seats and AAP on 32-37 seats. Congress was projected to win just one seat.

The Peoples Pulse exit poll gave BJP 51-60 seats, AAP 10-19 seats, and no seats to Congress.

AAP has been dominant in the past two assembly elections. In the 2020 Delhi elections, AAP won a landslide victory with 62 out of 70 seats, while BJP managed to secure only eight seats. Congress, once a dominant force in Delhi politics with a 15-year rule, failed to win a single seat in both 2015 and 2020.

With exit polls indicating a potential political shift in Delhi, all eyes are now on the official election results.
