PM Narendra Modi greets people on the occasion of Lord Jagannath’s Rath Yatra

Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi on Tuesday stretched out welcome to the individuals of the nation on the event of Lord Jagannath’s Rath Yatra.

“My heartiest welcome to every one of you on the favorable event of Lord Jagannath’s Rath Yatra. I wish that this excursion loaded up with worship and dedication brings satisfaction, flourishing, good karma, and wellbeing to the lives of the comrades. Jai Jagannath!” the Prime Minister tweeted (translated from Hindi).

The Supreme Courts’ had on Monday chose to adjust its prior request to permit the yearly Jagannath Rath Yatra in Odisha’s Puri to be held with the coordination of the sanctuary advisory group, State and Central government without trading off with the medical problem relating to COVID-19.

The peak court had before remained the yearly Rath Yatra at Jagannath Temple in Puri, which is scheduled to be hung on June 23, and all exercises identified with the social event taking into account the coronavirus pandemic this year.
