Delhi Health Minister Satyendra Jain on Saturday said that the Delhi government bore the whole expense brought about on the tickets of 1200 vagrant workers who were sent back to Bihar from Delhi by Shramik Special train on Friday. He additionally said that the issue ought not be politicized.

This comes after, Bihar Minister Sanjay Kumar Jha said that the Delhi government is requesting the repayment of cash spend on tickets of 1200 vagrants who are making a trip from Delhi to Muzaffarpur, from the Bihar government.

On Friday, A ‘Shramik Special train conveying vagrant workers had left Delhi for Muzaffarpur in Bihar.
Delhi Labor Minister, Gopal Rai additionally tweeted: “Train withdrawing from Delhi for Muzaffarpur, Bihar with workers. @ArvindKejriwal Government will pay the toll of every one of the 1200 individuals on board the train.

Prior to May 7, the Delhi government has asked its partner not to repay the charge of Shramik Special train to the travelers including that repay might be made to Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD).
